As a major sponsor of the Australian Open, Google Pixel partnered with Grandslam Surfaces to deliver an immersive brand activation designed to capture the attention of thousands of tennis fans throughout the tournament.
The installation featured an immersive tennis court, extending across the floor, walls and ceiling to create a striking photo and video experience. Constructed using Laykold Masters acrylic court, the activation was specifically engineered to deliver vibrant colour accuracy and exceptional visual impact for social media and digital content creation.
Despite the complexity of the installation, Grandslam Surfaces successfully coordinated a large on-site team to complete the project within the event timeframe. The finished activation quickly became one of the most photographed spaces within the tournament precinct, showcasing the versatility of Laykold sports surfacing beyond traditional tennis court applications.
