This luxury residential tennis court in Bellevue Hill showcases how innovative sports surfacing can balance performance, sustainability and architectural design.
Designed as a fully permeable tennis court system, the project was created to satisfy strict landscape planning requirements while maintaining the playability and visual appeal expected of a premium private sports facility. The court utilises Supergrasse ProBounce COOLplus, allowing water to pass through both the playing surface and supporting structure while integrating seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
Engineered to replicate the performance characteristics of natural grass courts, Supergrasse ProBounce COOLplus combines advanced monofilament yarn technology with exclusive COOLplus™ cooling technology to help reduce surface heat build-up. The system delivers an ITF medium-fast pace rating while significantly reducing the maintenance requirements associated with traditional lawn courts.
