Designed and delivered by Barefoot, Belmore School’s inclusive playscape provides a carefully considered environment that supports sensory exploration, creativity and play for children of all abilities.
Wide access ramps connect a custom-built cypress pine playfort and pirate ship, while thoughtfully positioned sensory elements encourage engagement for all users, including non-ambulant children.
Vibrant EPDM premium soft-fall surfacing, combined with SYNLawn Classic 35 synthetic turf, integrates seamlessly with greenery, musical features, water play and sandpit zones to create a stimulating outdoor setting. The completed space promotes imagination, movement and social interaction while ensuring accessibility remains at the forefront of the design.
