A once-disused tennis court has been reimagined as a modern residential recreation space, incorporating the world’s first Laykold Panoramic Outdoor Padel Court alongside a basketball key and futsal court. Delivered by Synthetic Padel Group in collaboration with Grassports Victoria, the facility features Laykold Padel Turf Pro synthetic grass in blue and green, creating a dynamic multi-sport environment for active at-home living and entertainment.
Sustainability was a key consideration throughout the project, with the court structure manufactured using 80% aluminium, making it one of the most environmentally conscious padel court systems available globally. Works included demolition of the existing tennis court, installation of the premium playing surfaces, synthetic grass surrounds and futsal infrastructure, transforming the underutilised area into a contemporary recreational hub.
