The redevelopment of Stadion Kanjuruhan Malang represents far more than a stadium upgrade. Following the tragic events of October 2022, the project became an important symbol of renewal, resilience and community healing.

Delivered by Tata Kreasindo Jaya, the project involved the reconstruction of the natural grass football field and the installation of a World Athletics Class 2-certified Rekortan M athletics track. Working within strict safety requirements and challenging project timelines, the team successfully delivered a world-class sporting venue that meets international performance standards.

Today, the upgraded facility provides athletes and the local community with a modern, high-performance athletics and football venue while serving as a lasting tribute to those affected by the tragedy.
